Why should you come to Sweet’s Cozumel Resort? Should such a question even exist, I suppose my answer would be this:
It’s a private paradise.
You’ll be surrounded by beautiful, spirited women and gay-friendly folks who’ll tend to your every wish (well, almost). Seriously, this is my list of things I loved about my last Sweet trip:
- Gorgeous nature
- Snorkeling (Meeting Bernie, the friendly stingray!)
- A slew of fun-in-the-sun outdoor activities. I particularly liked the kayak races.
- Community service options that truly warm your heart
- Comedy that’ll make you laugh so hard ya almost pee pee your pretties!
- True camaraderie
- Quiet time
- Karaoke
- Raucous boat rides
- Excellent food prepared in every delicious way you could imagine (including healthy)
- Phenomenal sunsets
- Did I mention phenomenal sunsets?
- Romantic nooks at every turn
- Personal, in-room hot tubs, in which you can practically swim laps!
- Peaceful, easy feeling getting to be with your partner in a completely safe environment
- Babs. She is like a lesbian version of Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way!
And, of course, YOGA!!!
YES, I will be facilitating yoga, once again, on this Sweet trip. My plan is to take you though several basic-intermediate practices using the Anusara principles of alignment along with some fun Kundalini and various authentic movement exercises. This is not about being super flexible or strong. It’s about working with your current body condition and moving it in specific ways to release blocked energy so you may experience your true grace. My classes are not serious. We laugh, sing and get our groove on! I’ll be sure to make some time for us to explore any specific postures that you would like to tackle. Yes, you will sweat. You will also work your core. Most importantly, you will feel so damn good that the rest of your day in paradise shall be enjoyed with a fully radiant and nicely worked bod!

Hola Trai..
Traci,
As I may have mentioned, I have a room booked for Cozumel. A couple of months ago, I signed up for a basic Anusara Yoga class here in the Toledo area, so that if I did participate in your Yoga class in Cozumel, I wouldn’t make a complete fool of myself. And yes, I’ve since learned that impressing women is the wrong reason to take Yoga.
Anyway, at least at this point in my practice, I need to use blocks to modify some of the poses. Is it okay to use these tools in your class? And if so, do I need to pack my own blocks or will there be some at the resort? Just trying to plan ahead. Thanks!
Love,
Fan #5167
Dearest Mary Martin,
I’m beyond ecstatic knowing that you’re taking the leap to Cozumel with us! The yoga sessions will be tailor made for all levels.
I’ll give options for those who feel ready to reach a little further than some. Yes, bring your blocks if that would delight & help you. The hotel is different than the one in which we stayed last year; however, I’ve a feeling it won’t have the necessary requirements for everyone.
I’m going to bring my own mat. You may want to do the same. Dig that you’re already planning for this! The excitement stirs in me as I write a reply to you. We’re going to have so much fun. Thank you for being here. I feel your presence and support every day. That is something special. In gratitude, ~t

Hello Silke,
Your English is quite good. Much, MUCH better than my German.
I believe Sweet may have a sister hotel opening in Cozumel. My suggestion
would be to call Julie at Sweet (international # is 1-415-642-9200) and ask if they are adding people to the waiting list. Tell her that you are my T~BUG. Then, once you book the vacation, you’ll be signed up for my special T~bug luncheon, yoga classes, and other fun surprises.
So happy you came to visit me here! Danke! ~t

Hi Traci!
I was really looking forward to joining you for yoga in Cozumel but because of certain health limitations I am not yet able to travel alone. And since I have no partner to take with me, I will have to wait… may be next year you will do this again?
Thanks Traci and I wish you all the best everyday of your life.
Love,
Virginia

Thanks that have answered my letter, I have looked as you perfectly play drums. It would be desirable to arrive on yoga lessons, but it is impossible. Successes and prosperity to you.

Am hoping I can find a way to attend, as honestly, it’s specifically what I need. Is it ok that I’d be alone? Right now, pretty excited — to say the least! Hugs, Ann.
This looks and sounds completely amazing! Let’s go TODAY
My spouse and myself would be so delighted to join you to sweet cozumel. Any information you may have or need share with can be sent my emai.l
